Scentflix is a project close to my heart, established to solve a gap in the Malaysian fragrance market. As a co-founder, I helped build Scentflix into Malaysia’s go-to source for 100% original perfume decants, samples, and full bottles. Operated by Amniz Solutions, our mission is to make high-end designer and niche scents accessible to everyone without the heavy commitment of purchasing a full bottle immediately.

The Problem We Solve

Finding the Right Perfume

Fragrance is complex. Smelling a bottle in a mall doesn’t replicate how it wears in real life—at the office or outdoors. Full bottles are often too expensive for experimentation. Scentflix allows customers to “date” a fragrance before they marry it.

Smelling Great All Day

Many great fragrances don’t last all day. Carrying a heavy glass bottle is impractical, and buying duplicates for the car or office is costly. Our travel-friendly decants make it easy to reapply anywhere.

What We Offer

We specialize in the perfume decant format—authentic perfumes transferred from original bottles into smaller, travel-sized atomizers (2ml, 5ml, and 10ml). This model offers:

Variety: Ability to build a “scent wardrobe” for different occasions.
Authenticity Promise: We source strictly from authorized distributors. Our decanting process uses sterile tools, ensuring every drop is 100% original and safe.

Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy

Beyond operations, I lead the digital marketing efforts for Scentflix. My strategy focused on building a sustainable business model that does not rely heavily on paid ads or third-party marketplaces. Today, the majority of our transactions occur directly on our own e-commerce website, with traffic driven primarily by:

  • Strategic SEO Implementation: By optimizing for high-intent keywords and structuring our site architecture effectively, we capture significant organic search traffic from users actively looking for specific fragrances in Malaysia.
  • Owned-Channel Sales: Unlike many competitors who rely on marketplaces like Shopee or Lazada, we successfully drive conversions to our own domain, allowing us to own the customer relationship and data.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty: To maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), I implemented a comprehensive membership and loyalty program. This incentivizes direct traffic from repeat customers, creating a stable revenue stream from our existing community.
